This interactive workshop is presented by Dr. Richa Mittal and Preeti Girisha, PT.
Dr. Richa Mittal is a board-certified Internist, Obesity & Lifestyle medicine physician and founder of Radiant Health Weight Loss and Wellness, an integrative medical weight management practice. Preeti Girisha, PT is an integrative licensed physical therapist, Medical Therapeutic Yoga professional, functional nutritionist, as well as founder of True Self Therapy.
The goal of this workshop is to share with you the science and techniques for ways to improve metabolic health and wellness. By bringing awareness and using mindfulness, you will learn how to reduce stress, improve digestion and cut down on emotional eating in these stressful times.
