2 tablespoons dry chia seeds

3/4 cup soy milk (unsweetened) 

Monkfruit sweetener to taste

1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tbsp slivered almonds

Banana 1/2, sliced

1. Measure chia seeds & place in a glass bowl.

2. Add plant milk of your choice and instant coffee.

3. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.

4. When ready to serve, add slivered almonds, shredded coconut and banana or any fresh fruit of your choice.
