𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: (Makes 2 servings)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
Optional: Unsweetened shredded coconut & slivered almonds for topping, a drizzle of honey/maple syrup or add sliced banana for sweetness
1. Measure chia seeds & place in a glass bowl.
2. Add coconut milk and instant coffee.
3. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
4. Before serving, add slivered almonds and sprinkle of shredded coconut, a little honey, maple syrup or fresh fruit for sweetness
